First Phase of Demo Complete

The first phase of demo is complete and plumbing for the brewery is installed.

When the concrete façade on 4th Street was removed during demolition, a gorgeous brick façade believed to date back to around the 1920s was revealed that no one knew existed. No photographic or written records have surfaced to confirm this date, but analysis of the car tire stone relief in the façade leads us to believe it might be connected to the car dealer/mechanic that occupied the building beginning in the 1920s and 1930s. We are looking forward to incorporating the newly discovered façade in the building design to preserve a missing piece of history.
